No show, confirmed appts will be charged 100% of the service
No show, no confirm appts will be cancelled 12hrs ahead of scheduled time
Late cancellations (12hrs or less before appt time) will be charged 50% of the service fee. Clients can avoid this fee if they reschedule at the time of the late cancellation
